  • Permits must be attached to the windshield in the lower left driver's side of the windshield. One permit per windshield.
  • Visitor passes or temp passes are to be placed on the dash in  the lower left driver's side of the winshield with the expiration date visible.

The purpose of the West federal Hill as set forth in the Articles of Incorporation and further defined below:
To unite for the mutual benefit and protection of all legal residents and homeownerswithin the geographical boundaries of the corporation.
To cooperate with other area community groups in the best interest of all of the residents living in the South Baltimore Peninsula and the City of Baltimore in all matters legal and local, city and statewide.
